TODAY I ATE:

BREAKFAST: 2 pancakes w/ butter, nesvita fiber drink, corn flakes cereal w/ skim milk, 1 glass of water

LUNCH: KFC garden salad w/ chicken strips and caesar salad dressing, fish twister, a sip of coke zero

MERIENDA: ~10 grapes, 2 slices of whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter spread, water

DURING EXERCISING: 1 glass of water, 3/4 of a bottle of gatorade

DINNER: ground pork w/ tofu, cabbage, 1/3 cup rice, 2 glasses of water, grapes

I’m trying to live a healthier lifestyle and I know that writing down what you eat helps. (So this was the point of all those food diaries we had to do in grade school. HAHA.)
